Terms & Conditions

·         All redemptions are subject to a processing period of 45-60 days.

·         Patrons must provide a valid proof of payment corresponding to the invoice to facilitate the redemption process.

·         If the cost of the selected item surpasses the Gold Voucher's value, the difference must be settled by the voucher holder.

·         Vouchers, once issued or purchased, are non-refundable and non-replaceable. They hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary returns, regardless of circumstances, including loss or theft.

·         A supplementary charge of 20% is applicable to this cash voucher, covering processing and service fees.

·         Should you have any queries during the aforementioned waiting period, our dedicated FDR staff is readily available to assist.

·         We retain the discretion to modify these terms and conditions or discontinue the Gold Voucher program without prior notification.
