Terms & Conditions

1. If the item you ordered is out of stock or discontinued, we will provide a 100% refund.

2. Once payment is made, we DO NOT ACCEPT any refund requests except as mentioned in point 1 above.

3. Certain pre-order items may not offer color or style selection. You can specify your preferred color or style when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your chosen color or style is unavailable, FDR Bravo will contact you to make a new selection.

4. Before placing your order, you must ensure you have reviewed the product's details, including its description and product images, especially regarding color and size.

5. Please be aware that different computers may display colors differently due to varying display settings. 

6. Each redemption requires a waiting period of 30-45 days to be processed and purchased by FDR Bravo.

7. Redeemed items must be picked up in person at the head office (HQ Bravo Bizclub Puchong, Selangor)
